TIER REWARDS SYSTEM

1. What is the TTG Tier rewards program?
The TTG program (“Program”) is a tier rewards program offered by The Trading Gallery. (“TTG”, “our”, “we” and “us”) under these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) available through our online retail store only. The Program gives you the opportunity to earn points to enter different tiers which give perks and rewards at our online store.
These Terms and Conditions replace any other terms and conditions that we may have provided to you and govern your participation as a member in the Program. By participating in the Program, you (or your parent or legal guardian on your behalf, as the case may be), accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including as they may be amended from time to time.
2. How Can I Participate?
Membership is free and you do not need to buy anything to open a “The Trading Gallery” account (“Account”). Program membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from TTG in its sole discretion.
To participate in the Program, you will need an account with us at www.thetradinggallery.com . The methods for participating in the Program may change from time to time.
3. Earning TTG Points
1. You will receive points based off of each and every purchase you’ve made through your account.
2. You will receive 10 point(s) on every $1.00 CAD spent (excluding taxes and fees).
3. Every point will be rounded down
e.g. $15.50 = 155 point(s)
e.g. $111.11 = 1111 point(s)
You are required to be logged into your TTG account prior to payment in order to receive points to climb tiers. TTG points will not be granted on previously-completed purchases without logging in prior to payment.
TTG points, offers and other services and programs are offered by us, or other Program Participants, and may be offered to all Program members or any group of the Program members, as decided by us. Any offer may be time limited, and may contain additional terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Each offer is only valid once, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of the offer. We may limit quantities of products on which a single Program member may earn TTG points. For example, we may make an offer of additional TTG points on the purchase of a particular product, and state that a Program member may only earn TTG points for a single purchase of that product, or for a purchase of any other number we specify. Without limiting our right to cancel your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, if you earn TTG points in a manner not permitted by these Terms and Conditions, we may deem, in our sole discretion, any such TTG points to be invalid and cancel them, which will result in the removal of such TTG points from your Account.
